Description:

Experienced Esthetician needed for busy skin care center that specializes in organic skin care services including facials, jetpeels, acid peels, body treatments, and organic microdermabrasion, along with assisting physician on laser services. Ideally you will possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of skin anatomy and practical application of products and treatments. Exceptional consultation skills. Retains clients by delivering a high level of guest satisfaction while continuing to build new clientele. Knowledge of and interest in a wide range of other complementary, spa and health promoting treatments. Maintains the highest level of product knowledge. Customizes treatments based on present skin condition(s). Recommends products for home use with a min service to sales ratio of 25 per cent. Suggests to guests other beneficial treatments offered in the clinic. Understands the ingredients in products and can explain their benefits to the clients. Answers clients?s questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner. The candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years work experience with a proven track record of sales. We will consider less experience with a motivated individual. Competitive hourly wage with bonuses for sales of services/products.
