Licensed Medical Aesthetician-Full Time

We are looking for a well-organized and experienced Medical Aesthetician for a full time position in our plastic surgery office. Our office is a respected and busy plastic surgery practice with many aesthetic offerings.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled aesthetician that has experience with aesthetic skin care procedures (facial, peels, hydrafacial, dermaplaning, microneedling, etc.), as well as advanced IPL experience. Coolsculpting experience is a plus.

This position requires an individual who:

Has a positive attitude and is extremely organized.

The candidate must be willing to learn all services offered by our practice, educate the patients on these services and assist in growing our aesthetics business.

Ability to sell products to our clients based on their needs.

You must possess strong customer service skills, be able to prioritize tasks with attention to detail

You must possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage various job duties simultaneously

Maintain a high level of customer service and deliver quality patient care.

Educating patients on options for skincare treatment and developing individualized skincare treatment plans

Document all patient encounters according to practice guidelines

Contact patients by phone and e-mail to follow-up after treatment, provide information on promotional specials/new treatments, etc.

Must be able to work with other staff as a team.

Requirements:

-Minimum of five years of experience as an Aesthetician

-Minimum of three years working at a Medspa

-Graduate of a recognized, accredited aesthetician school.

-Must possess a valid New Jersey State license.

-Atleast one late night a week.

-Have a following Clientele.

Preferred-

Plastic Surgery experience

IPL Technician, Coolsculpting Technician
