Master Esthetician

Lookworthy Face & Body Retreat in Anderson, IN has a unique and exciting opportunity for a Dual-Licensed Master Esthetician/Massage Therapist to join our team!

Our current master esthetician will be leaving us by the end of May, meaning this position is an excellent opportunity to bring your skillset to a roster of existing clients seeking a variety of facial, treatment, and massage services.

Were a small team dedicated to education and training and delivering amazing customer service. As Andersons only med spa/day spa without a salon, we are uniquely positioned to offer relaxing, pamper-filled, and results-oriented services to our clients.

Our ideal candidate has:
-5+ years experience in esthetics and massage, including facials, waxing, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and laser
-Experience in advanced treatments like microneedling and radio frequency
-Mastery of or willing to learn the HydraFacial, mineral cosmetics, and other Lookworthy favorite treatments from Lucrece, a line exclusive to Lookworthy within the state of Indiana
-Dual-licensure as a nail technician is a definite bonus!

In addition, we seek an esthetician who:
-Brings a positive attitude to work
-Is a team player
-Has a strong work ethic
-Is dedicated to professionalism and growing in their career
-Enjoys building their personal clientele and bringing in new clients
-Is excited to not only learn and stay on top of the latest industry trends, but to share and teach them to fellow team members
-Is in or near the Anderson/Madison County area or willing to commute (were a short 20-30 minutes from Fishers, Muncie, and Noblesville!)
-Has a sky's the limit approach for their career!

This position is hourly pay with commission and tips. Up selling services and great retail sales ability make it easier than ever for you to create your own raise.
