Astoria Laser Clinic & Med Spa is a premier organization and it has been in business for seven years. At Astoria, we are housing the newest technologies and are inspired by to be the best in the Washington DC area. Saturday hours are a requirement.
Responsibilities include:
Successfully complete the training course of All services
Conduct client consults and treatment plans
Educate clients on all offerings at Astoria Laser Clinic via the client engagement script
Cross-sell procedures and products that compliment treatments and enhance the results
Comply with required protocols, requests and compliance policies
Effectively utilize all IT systems to take notes after treatments
Requirements: RN or Master Esthetician License
Up-to-date Virginia licensure
Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and staff members
Work a flexible schedule as we are open Saturdays
Open to learning new techniques and procedures
Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude
Detail-oriented
Excellent customer service and consultative skills
Start-up minded, readiness to help with all aspects of launch

Experience in Aesthetics
Proven selling skills
Strong business acumen
Strong conflict and problem resolution skills
Comfortable discussing pricing program with clients
Must be willing to perform all skin care, laser and body contouring treatments
Maintain up to-date product and service trainings
Develop client relationships and earn a reputation for exceeding service goals
Providing consultations and sell treatment packages to clients
Maintain work areas in clean and orderly condition
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
