Open to full or part time lease terms, with a 3 month minimum contract.

If two professionals wish to share this space, that too, is up for discussion.

Amenities included in rent are: utilities, WiFi, small kitchen area with fridge, water, coffee, snacks.

Restrooms are located on premises.
